Anyone recognize this Whitman?

Could have belonged to a member you never know. Anyway, I picked it up a while back and thought about selling it on the bay but after a closer look, a few of these may be worth grading. The only FS are the 71d and (90 p not shown) but apparently you don't have to have FS to have a winner. I'm surprised there are so many Jeffs with low top pops.
I included close up pics of 6 that look really nice to me.
Finally, what would you do, chance grading or just sell as is?
PS, the reference to the '16 buff was just to make a point that we should not fight over things which we have no control :)

Oddly, there was a 64 in the 65 slot and 65 in the 66 slot.

    I have a 9039 that starts in 62.

The only one of the six that you pictured that is anything close to FS is the 1971-D, and the dies were modified that year so that FS examples are very common. I would keep the set intact and sell it as such if you want to, it's nicely matched and looks good inthe album.

Thanks @seanq Where would you price it at? I have no clue on this one.
