I have a sheet of 100 unused, OG 10cents 1973 stamps with a 2020 Philatelic Foundation certificate #567455. Pictures of stamps and certificate are below for reference. I was told these stamps are unique and never seen before. I can use help in determining value and best way to sell these stamps.

The value is speculative. Your best bet would be to contact some of the major stamp auction houses and see if they have any feel for what it would bring at auction.
