QA Challenge Flag

I don't know how much this would alleviate customer service problems, but it might reduce the need for people to call about their order if during the QA phase the submitter could raise a red flag that fed directly into their QA system. Grades are not visible yet, therefore couldn't be challenged. Wrong dates, mint marks, attributions, catalog numbers, pedigrees, and what not are visible at that time, and if the submitter sees something wrong, could throw a challenge flag. If the challenge is upheld, there is no charge to the customer, and no costs incurred to correct it after it ships. If the challenge is overturned, the customer is charged a time out nominal processing fee, perhaps getting the first one for free. Even with a small processing fee, time and money is saved over sending it back to be fixed.

for a few past threads, there has been some back and forth over variety attribution between the poster and pcgs. they're have to be a streamlined method to avoid such.

grades could even be visible but not challengeable.
