How's your luck with cross grading (or regrading)

You may hear my story in the Classified section. I heard through some YT channel that PSA is being more tough on grading and that 10 are more rare these day than ever. I got some PSA 9 and I'm wondering if it worth sending them to Beckett to try to get 9.5 or sending it back to regrade? Is anyone did it with success lately?

Thank you

In probably 15 crossover tries, I've never had a Beckett-to-PSA card come back better than 1 grade LESS. So I'd expect the other way around, you might be able to pick up a half grade. Tried for PSA re-grades a half dozen times. Always received the same grade whether I cracked it out or not.

Thank you. I'll probably try with one card.

    I had Beckett 9 (old holder w/subgrades) cross to a PSA-8.5.

ive had plenty of huge scores doing BGS to PSA crossovers. my failure rate is usually low, as im picky which to send and what the sub grades are (even though I would like to think they dont matter). ive also had failed crossovers that I cracked out and subbed and got 10's on. my rule is to always try at least once with a min grade set to 10 on stuff I feel is close.
