Holding court and telling it how it is. Thanks for posting that, that was pretty good.

That's one of the great things about Ali, he told it like it was, and he had a great sense of humor.

I've tried for years to come up with a cure for sleep, so we can stay up forever and enjoy more life. It just can't be done! The closest I came was with a mixture of lettuce, pickles, and caffeine. I was able to stay up for 59 hours, but I eventually dozed off!

When I went through a Tactical Response academy back in 2007 we stepped on the tarmac at 6:45AM and from that time until I graduated at 12 Noon that Friday I slept a total of roughly 10 hours total. It was the hardest thing to accomplish, talk about hallucinating and feeling weird? Sleep deprivation is insane

Ali was of course not stupid. However in the video, he said he was 35 years old and it's obvious he was already becoming punch drunk, of which later he developed Parkinson like symptoms and could barely speak a few words.

Not surprising...I read one time years ago, that somebody estimated that throughout Ali's boxing career, including sparring, it's possible that he had received around 275,000 blows to the head. That certainly isn't a recipe for a healthy mental state.

I never really liked the guy, but i do say he was the greatest heavyweight boxer of all time. Prime for prime, i don't think any boxer beats Ali.

Man, that is insane. You're a beast for being able to do that. I've seen a few documentaries about stuff like that, and there's no way I could make it through something like that.
