Tried my luck breaking a 1987 Topps Tiffany set....looks like it paid off.

Had a case of 1987 Topps vending..went thru about half the boxes and man are they tougher than you think...only had 1 Bonds and a few Bo's that looked good enough to submit:

Pretty good luck with 1989 Ripken FF cards I have had for years:

A pack-pulled Griffey UD, magazine hand-cut, and a couple Bonds OPC...not sure why the PSA 4 and also the mylar internal sleeve?

Lastly, couple 1989 Glossy's and a 1989 Bowman Griffey:

Why is the second OPC Bonds a 4? It looks about like the 8. Is there a surface scratch on it in between his legs and thru his name or is that on the case?

Nice hit on the Tiffany Bonds.

Mylar sleeve means the card is oversized.

Thanks. I didn't even notice that. I still hate getting dinged for a factory produced card with factory-driven size issues. It's not a defect in my mind like a print flaw, miscut, etc. Just my opinion. I know others will disagree and consider such cards to be defective.

It has to go into an oversized holder and the mylar sleeve protects the card from movement-damage.
Much rather have it that way then having the card slop around and get dinged...

Looks like a crease running from his legs through the nameplate along with some surface paper loss on the top edge. Still, amazing grades on the rest of the sub. Thanks for sharing!
