Gustav II Soldius - Swedish Livonia imitation?

Here is a coin I picked up. I see on Numista here that coins after a certain date are marked with the year on the reverse. It also mentions that there are counterfeit coins of this type made in Romania, with false dates on the coin. I see that it specifically mentions the number "3" as one of the notable counterfeit marks. Is that what I have here? If this is a "3" then do I have something more than what I first thought?

The third picture seems to have the "3" but extends off of the flan.
