Web and Star Notes, Question

I learned about Web notes through YouTube. I've known about Star Notes for a good while. I was wondering if there is a such thing as a Star Web Note?

I just started looking at dollar bills, I bought a hundred ones and found three Star notes, none of them were rare and one was in pretty bad shape (but still a Star Note). I'm going to pick up another hundred ones tomorrow or Friday.

Yes, series 1988A $1 FRN Web Press note, Atlanta district.

Can you guess at what would a note like that be worth?

It’s in a 64EPQ holder...somewhere between $1,200 - $1,500 I’d guess.
