Would PSA Grade this 1968 Ryan Rookie?

This 1968 Topps Ryan card is in very rough shape. Would PSA even grade something like this? If so, I assume a 1 Poor?![]

Sure they would if legit. There are many examples out there in much worse shape that are in PSA slabs! You might get an "Authentic" tag on it worse case I think.

Looks like a bicycle spokes special. LOL

Yes, if genuine and unaltered it should grade.

cool card now there is one ryan rookie you do not have to worry about dinging the corners on if you handle it wrong.
