SOLD -FSH - 1937 Proof Washington Quarter PR67 PCGS w/CAC
SOLD!
Unlike the vast majority of Proof Quarters from 1937, this one is bright and very flashy, with WATERY mirrors, NO haze, 99+ % no toning (except for a tiny bit on the reverse at the rim around the bottom of the two "LL"s in DOLLAR). To the naked eye looking close, it looks like it was made yesterday!
This bright gem is brilliant throughout with traces of satiny frost in the fields. Careful examination in a bright light reveals glimmering metal flow lines that radiate toward the rim. Undeniably choice for the grade and worthy of the CAC accolades.
Attached are four photos. The two slab photos were taken using my amateur skills and make the coin look bad. The two whole coin photos were taken by the seller of the coin to me, but do not show ANY luster at all. The coin in hand is truly much nicer than each of the four photos!
I am a collector, and not a dealer, but some may argue that point since I am offering this coin for sale to a wide audience.
I recently upgraded this coin in my Registry 1936 -1942 U.S. Proof Set.
Combined PCGS and NGC pop in this grade is 258, and of those, 78 merit a CAC. For those without a CAC, you should ask yourself why it doesn't have one?
I strongly encourage you to look at other 1937 Washington Quarters graded PR67 by PCGS with CAC's, and you'll get a sense that most of these have a lot of haze.
My price is $745 via PayPal and includes FREE USPS First Class shipping. Due to the value, a signature will be required.
Terms: Full 7-day return privilege from when you receive the coin. I am so confident you will like this coin, that unlike many sellers, I will pay for the cost of return shipping if you don't like coin. In the unlikely event you are unhappy, all returns must use a prepaid return label that requires my signature that I will email you.
I will only ship to a person in the U.S. with a U.S. mailing address. I will email you the tracking number.
Successful BST Transactions: ChrisH821 x 2; D1no; MsMorrisine; pnies20; radioman; Relaxn; RonB; RyGuy; Shrub68 x 3; sonorandesertrat x 2; UltraHighRelief; Willy.

Please message ANY questions. Thanks.
