Rare Palo Seco Panama Token on eBay

A very rare, interesting token from a leper colony in Panama is for auction on eBay. I find these leper colony pieces pretty interesting. I have a few from Colombia and one from Venezuela. There are others in the Panama series that are a little more affordable than this dollar token on eBay (currently at 4300 USD).
