How to start with selling baseball cards?

Hi
Brand new. Never having sold cards mostly collected over thirty years ago.
Various conditions of '50, '60, '70 only.
How should I start?
What is a way to begin to grade my cards? Perhaps which decade (50,60,70) might I begin with?
Is there a reasonably priced way to begin the process?
Thanks

First - post pictures of some Hall of Famers - Aaron, Clemente, Mantle, Mays - many good graders here that can give a preliminary evaluation on this forum.

It will really come down to condition next. Major HOFers from the 50s and 60s will pull decent money unless they're really beat up. Commons (other than high numbers) and minor stars won't be worth selling on their own unless they are pristine.

No reason to go any further from here until we can see what you got.

    Welcome, btw. Tony

    Welcome to the boards!

I would sell them myself on ebay. "Money" cards might need to be graded. Mantle, Clemente, Mays etc.

Go through your cards carefully. Look on ebay under "sold listings" to see what cards are going for in similar condition.

Post a few scans if you want better feedback.
