Can almost make out something on the obverse... Welcome Back...nice to meetcha....fortunately for you, every post from Aug 2002 to present has been preserved for you to reread and catch up with!! You could start around page 3000 and see how close to the time you left falls.

Neat Chain cent. Lots of detail (reverse) on that one. I can see why you like it. Is the obverse really that bad?
Here's the obverse. Don't say I didn't warn you
I see a "9" and a "3". That is outstanding. The corrosion isn't active and the color is appealing overall. Seriously, not such a terrible obverse as I was prepared to see.

@braddick I do see a 9 and a 3. Very good eyes! You can almost make out a bust and lettering up around the top too.
Welcome back! I do remember that distinctive name as well.
