Presidential Reverse Proof For Registry Set

I have a question regarding submission to our host.
I have the Truman, Eisenhower, Johnson and Kennedy chronicle sets. They are not in mint sealed shipping boxes, but sets are complete with all coins/stamps.
I need these 4 Reverse Proof presidential dollars to complete my registry set.
My question is there appears to be different PCGS# assigned to them some are just RP some are only listed as chronicle set some both.
I know they don’t qualify at “First Strike” now, but do I need to sent complete sets in to be classified as the chronicle sets or can I just send in the RP coins separately?
I will try again to call host tomorrow but was hoping maybe someone here could shed some light.
I’d hate to submit them improperly.

    I was able to talk to host today and have my answers. (Ship all products in government capsules and packaging, ie capsules, to reduce the chance of damaging/dings etc).
