I just noticed that there are some aggressive collectors for 1963 PSA 8 cards. Here are some examples:

Do you guys consider those prices high- or are they low pop cards?

Pops are:

21 - Pop of 5
30 - Pop of 6
383 Pop of 6


Whether the price is high or not depends if there are others who will pay more. Maybe the guy is down to his last few cards. The population of these in 8 will only go up.
