Variety attribution for accent hair Kennedy?

So I have some nice accent hair Kennedy halves I’ve cherry picked over the last several year and I would like to send them into PCGS to have them graded. My question is, do I need to pay for the VA service to have the “accent hair” noted on the label? I don’t care about the FS# or anything.

You shouldn't, it's a major variety. Actually it may be considered a type like the 1956 T1 and T2 Franklin Proofs which don't require the variety attribution fee.
