how to certify autographs?

hi guys, hoping you can provide good advice. A friend of mine was looking to sell an autograph Tracy McGrady basketball and Eddie Pope soccerball. How would he go about getting it authenticated?
Also, he had asked about an autograph Kobe Bryant basketball except it has his name on it. It says to John...
I'm assuming something like that would have no value because it has his name?

Personalized autographs still have value. Tell him to try to find some comps for all 3 (eBay or google search) - sometimes the cost of authenticating and shipping exceeds the sale price of the item.

I have some signed team baseballs and bats I thought about getting graded...Until I found out how much it would cost.
