The picture is very blurry so nothing definitive can be said about it. My guess is that what you have is something that has machine doubling also called strike doubling with no numismatic premium.
Pics don't allow for proper analysis. The 58 DDO has weakened strike on the PLU also and yours looks like it doesn't. Still better pics are needed to qualify statement as to dies used.
