GTG: Maundy set - Grades in

Have these in at our host right now, coins are more PL in person than in the photos where they look dull gray. Guesses on the grades? Only 7 sets in the pop report from MS61-65.

Hard to tell from pics if cleaned or not, which it looks a bit likely. If not then 63-4 PL.
Well, just Love coins, period.
These are the sellers pics, they definitely look better in hand, surfaces are clean but not cleaned (hopefully)
The images look like scans, but I would imagine that any hairlines on them might show up more easily since they have been dipped.

Thanks! I’m guessing that the scratches on the back gave this one a 61? The obverse seems pretty good to me.

For the others just subtract 1 from the number in the link
Both sides of the piece you linked are awfully scruffy, not just the reverse-

The obverse looks a bit scruffy, though PL surfaces magnify that. Most of the scuffs on the reverse looks like die polish to me.
Now that I have the coins in hand the trueviews look nothing like the coins - the trueviews make them look way darker than they are in person.
That's unusual, usually it's the other way around!
I'm not surprised. It's the angle they shot the coins relative to the lighting used. The pieces are PL and essentially untoned, which gives the option of either having them appear a bit darker with better depth of field and focus, or a bit brighter with the possibility of "hot spots" due to the lighting.
