What's going on with Dansco albums these days?

I was just looking to pick up a few but the prices on ebay are outrageous. They used to be $20-$25 but they just keep getting pricier as the years go by. About $60 for Lincolns. The #7070 Type is $80 if you're lucky, with the gold page it's easily over $130. How come?
I went to Dansco's website and pretty much everything is out of stock. Supplier sites are out of stock. I don't get why.........

From what I understand Dansco was in the process of moving to a new location when COVID hit and it put everything on shutdown.

Too much hassle with Dansco for too long. I switched to Whitman and I'm happy about it. Last week I ordered Whitman folders for my Franklin and Kennedy sets that have been in 2x2's for so long because of the problems the Dansco people are having. The coins look better in the Whitman folders. The contrast of the blue pages and the silver coins is much more pleasing than the tan colored pages of the Dansco albums. I'm thinking of dumping all my old Dansco folders and switching the coins into Whitman folders except for copper coins.

Library of Coins albums would also be a good replacement-

I was lucky enough to score a good deal on mine. I went to a “we buy gold” shop who mainly sold jewelry with a small coin inventory. I asked the owner if he sold albums. He said he had a few in the back and asked what I was looking for. I asked if he had a type set album and he came from the back with a 7070 album that was in like new condition. He said he needs $10 for it. Couldn’t get my wallet out fast enough. The kicker was when I got home I realized it contained the gold page. :)

I agree that coins look better in Whitman's folders.
I have never been a Dansco guy.

I have one PDDS ATB quarter album but need to second. I don’t think I’m gonna be able to find one for less than 80 bucks. 😵

Here is the June 2019 announcement: https://www.translinesupply.com/PDF/Relocation_Advisory_2019.pdf

And their new web site http://www.danscousa.com/ (AFAIK this is the 1st time they've had one, although a whois says it was created in 2010).

Their old CA registration can be found through search starting here: https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/

WA business search is https://ccfs.sos.wa.gov/#/ (scroll down)
