Can I submit to PCGS in the mint capsules and is it the preferred method vice flips?

Getting up the nerve, after our host recovers from the deluge of coins from latest releases, to send in my holy grail, 1995w ASE. I purchased the 10th anniversary set and want to box the whole thing and send it in and let experts pop them out. I figure that would be frowned upon, but can I pop out the mint coin holders and send them directly in cutting out the me opening the air tights?

They will have to open plenty of the V75 capsules, I don't think 1 more will matter. Send it in the capsule.
If you want your capsules back I think you need to note that on the form.
