Pricing Question...1955 Bugs Bunny Franklin Half

Hi everyone...
Need some advice...what's a fair value for a stabbed, white, nicely struck 1955 MS65 FBL Bugs Bunny type Franklin.
I'm having trouble finding a definitive value for this coin.
I'm looking at a nice example for $250.

Seems high, but I've never had one that nice.

Seems like most auction results are more like $200
Maybe this will help.

The prices for varieties fluctuates wildly depending on current interest levels. $250 is full price guide. The 1955 BB is relatively easy to find in higher grades because so many of this date/mm were set aside at issue because of the lower mintage. They often sell at auction in 65fbl for anywhere between ~$100-$200.
So, $250 isn't a ridiculous ask, but it is on the high side. However, as always, it really depends on the coin.
