If $1-2m = millions? Then yes, easily.
Even after eliminating current and recent modern....and focusing mostly on what I have seen / or estimating,...I’d say $10m exists.
Way, way, way, way more than a few measly million...
Unless you're talking about just Tim's (grote15) house, then you are way underestimating.
