How hard is it to get on distribution lists with Gold River Distributors or similar?

Dealers looking to deal with Topps/Panini/etc. directly have a bunch of hoops to jump through, usually including having an active physical storefront for at least 1 year.

I'm not looking to deal with topps or panini directly. More so through one of their main distributors.
