PSA sample cases

I believe PSA handed out sample cases with cards to show people what their graded cards would look like. They don’t have a grade on them it just says “SAMPLE”. Are these rare? Does PSA value the older original ones?

i have a few of these. and yes they are worth a little something, mainly to player collectors.

I have one of the sample slabs somewhere in my closet.If I remember correctly the card is a 1986 Topps card.
Some collectors on this board collect these in players they like.
I would say they have some value.

There was another Larkin on eBay recently, but the seller wanted as much or more than a PSA 10 of the card would go for, so I passed.
