SGC Grading times????!!!

Does anyone use SGC? I sent in some card in July and there's been no movement past the 1st week. Is this normal?

**Side Note*** I'm familiar with PSA & BGS

They're averaging 4 months. I just got an order back a couple days ago. Was logged June 21th.
