Wrapped Football Card Box

Hello! Still learning the nuances of the hobby.

Question to those with more experience: Should one be concerned that this 1984 Topps Football Wax Box is wrapped, but not by BBCE? Would this be a sign of something awry?

Thanks for the help!

That year didn't come factory wrapped. That cellophane was aftermarket.
Bbce wrap means he personally evaluated all packs for tampering.
..the clear cellophane is the same as no cellophane in this instance.

I would advise you to avoid if not BBCE sealed.

Thanks! I'm wondering why someone would wrap in cellophane if it's supposedly unopened
