Dual grading submissions

Good afternoon all,

I'm looking for some assistance on having some previously encapsulated PSA/DNA items dual graded. I have quite a few to submit and thought it was only 10 bucks to do such. All of these items have either the blue or red "Authentic auto" label. I've tried submitting them under the dual grading submission, but every time I go to enter the cert number it says it an invalid number. I've tried it with multiple cert numbers and still no luck. Can anyone guide me through this so I don't get frustrated to the point I watch the Bears game today?
