Friends please help me in identifying this coin/medal - grateful for your time

I got this large coin/medal some 6 years back but could not trace the identity of the coin. Plus i dont know if its fake or real. Appreciate you take out a minute or less to see the picture and share if you know which period this coin belongs to and to which king or knight, and country.

Something to do with James, King of Aragon and Count of Barcelona. Looks likes some modern commemorative piece.

I agree with harasha. It does not look like something that was produced long ago. It may be a relatively modern piece for sale to tourists.
