PWCC and ebay: auctions private listings ?

when did PWCC start keeping the bidders identity a secret?
I checked several of their auctions and there is no notice in the auction description that the
bidders identity is kept secret. Checking the bidders at the close of auction that is just what they do.
This kinda goes against transparency and auction integrity? Don't you all think?

a couple weeks now. they've also stopped taking raw card consignments too.
