Is it possible for PCGS labels inside slabs to be smudged?

So I purchased these six proofs from the seller. A few of them have smudges on the actual PCGS label(s).
The seller said I could return it for a new one, but what would you guys do?
Is it ironic that PCGS, the grader, has smudged labels, does it matter?
I’m very anal about things, but I’m not sure if it’s worth risking having any issues between transit or receiving new ones.
Using the official PCGS app when I scan the bar codes, they populate as real/active/certified.

Never seen that before. I would think either fake slabs or water damage. But that's me....

I would notify PCGS Grading, send them the attached pics.
They should be willing to re-holder these for you at no charge, and reimburse you
for your shipping costs to send these coins back to them.
This is their mistake and they should honor your request.
