I have some mega rack packs of 2008 topps updates and highlights for sale. These have 80 cards in them and possibly Kershaw or Scherzer rookies. Both of which are the cards used for the future hall of famers Psa sets and likely the big post ww2 hall of fame rookie sets. I expect these to go up in value but could use some money due to work slow down due to the pandemic.
