If you’re reselling, or care at all about value, PSA is always the answer. There are some who say Beckett for modern, but PSA still usually garners higher prices, even on modern.

Card like this I don’t believe grading adds any value. If you could include it in a bulk sub maybe but cost to ship there, back, grading fees plus the wait = why bother.
List it on ebay with a reserve or opening bid you think is high(er) than it's worth to you.
If it doesn't sell, then grading it comes into play.

I'd go with the garbage company.
I'm not sure if grading would improve the resale value in this situation. Based on what I'm seeing in your pictures, there is some corner wear. You'll have to ask yourself if getting this card in a PSA 8 or 8.5 holder is worth the time commitment and grading/shipping fees.
