Has this happened to anyone before?

I sent in my first PSA package back in September. I had an express order (1 card), and a regular order (15 cards). in the same box.
They got the box, entered my express order for my one card. No big deal, just figured would take longer to enter the 15 card regular order.
got the express card graded and shipped back to me, worked out fantastic.
a few weeks go by, still not entered im not worried though, I know from reading it takes time to enter them.
Last week I sent in another package the same way. One express (3 cards) one regular (20 cards)
Shipment arrives, they scan and enter BOTH orders in at the same time, now Im getting a little worried.
I contacted customer service but cannot get anyone. Ill continue to try but Im curious has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal?

I'm guessing your September order didn't include a bar code???
you're good. seems crazy, esp not being able to touch base. but this is the new norm.
Yep, a 10 is a 10!
and there certainly are a lot of ugly 10s out there! 😉
