This 1817 Bust half was attributed as an O-103; looks like the punctuated date: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1817-CAPPED-BUST-SILVER-50-CENTS-0-103-ICG-AU55-VALUED-AT-1-500-/383753453113?hash=item59597cfe39:g:xIwAAOSw7tJffG92&nma=true&si=saIS%2BNb4VLbbtxsiIUWGDOs9Pzs%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
Edited to add: other services note the variety on the holder, though it is an O103: https://coins.ha.com/itm/a/1251-4241.s

Right. The O.103 is the punctuated date. As it is a Redbook variety you would think it would be noted on the holder. I don't have any real experience with ICG.
