if so not sure about graded but any where from 50 or so and up
not much more than 80ish id guess, there is a ton of em

No the card says for Promotional use only on it and is not autographed. Just checking since it is highest graded.

No the card says for Promotional use only on it and is not autographed. Just checking since it is highest graded.

This type of promo card (Upper Deck, Collector’s Choice, SP) from that era seem to hold less value than their non-promo counterpart.

This card can be bought raw for $4. A PSA 10 non-promo base card of this same card sold at PWCC for about $37 in August.

I would expect the promo PSA 9 to be no more than a $20 card.

This is the card you are referring to, right?

According to pop reports there are 0 PSA 10s. I think it is the same card I will have to wait until I get it back in.

Sure thing. Unfortunately I don’t see the demand for the promos. No 10’s may help. Best of luck with whatever you plan to do with it.
