Opinions please..

Just got a gem mint Brendon Shanahan opc rookie. However. on the white border, there is small discoloration. A little small circle that is slightly darker than the border. The card, otherwise, looks like a 9 or 10, even the back border in perfectly centered. How much will this hurt the grade? Take it to an 8 or can you squeeze out a 9 with the issue?
