Does anyone recognize this

Im thinking Roman, what so you think? Does PCGS grade these kinds of coins? If not any ideas where I should look? Thanks for any help in advance.

Its a VERY common Roman coin, Constantinople commemorative.

In that condition, it's worth about .50. No joke.

It's the kind you find in junk sales "for cleaning" on ebay.

Appears to be a Byzantine follis, struck in Constantinople, prior to the year 538. Need an obverse shot to better identify it, possibly.
