FASC Value Increase

Have not really looked especially for boxes which were FASC before. Are these preferred by collectors? As long as box was sealed by BBCE does a box fetch a premium if it is FASC sealed by BBCE?

The unopened collecting community definitely appreciates the FASC designation, especially if it's from BBCE. I have seen a lot of material for sale that is labeled as being "from a sealed case", but not in the BBCE wrap. I'm sure there are reputable dealers making that claim (FASC) on boxes, but only time will tell if the premium will apply to those boxes like it does/will BBCE. Each product is somewhat unique as to how much value the FASC designation really adds. Certain searchable/sequenced wax boxes and ANY cello and rack boxes are GREATLY enhanced in FASC form.

Yes, id say about 15-20% more, maybe more if older. It would mean boxes are guaranteed not a bunch of random packs from different boxes put together and can ensure some packs may have stars showing inside and not cherrypicked if cello or rack form.
