Can anyone identify what this is? I know it's a beer dispenser and it has a hidden refrigeration com

    What you have is most likely a keg fridge. A metal keg would be placed inside and a line to the taps. Without seeing the back or inside it would be hard to tell for sure. It also may hold 3 different flavors of beer.

    If it is for "store & dispense" it will have CO2 lines inside.
    The CO2 is used to pressurize the kegs and keep the beer fresh.
    It may have just been for "dispense only" and there will only be lines running to the taps with no way to "tap" the keg.
    The keg would be in another cooler and this cooler is just to keep the lines cold to prevent foam.

    Edited to add:
    If you plan to use it all of the beer lines would need to be cleaned or replaced, you may get some real bad taste or it may even make you sick. :/

    I was kinda thinking the same thing. ;)
    Just don't go to the beer forum and ask about coins. :D
