That's not a PSA holder I am familiar with.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Card does look like its condition is very good.

I don't know why they'd make the back of the label look real while the front looks like an MS Paint creation.
even the real 1st gen labels and holders look better than that frankenstein contraption.
thats about as fake as it gets. absolutely not a PSA holder. the label is completely wrong, inkjet printed and sloppily cut.

I believe that generation is the new "Zero feedback seller" PSA holder.
I think they used a dot matrix printer.
