    The striking characteristics for the Nicholas II Rouble can vary. This one has a fairly bold strike, obvious die polish on both sides leading me to believe there was an outside possibility it could be MS. Well that just did not happen. Our host has graded 30 with 17 within the MS spectrum and 2 at AU55. This is one of the two. I just do not see many Nicholas II Rouble coins that look submission worthy.
