2002 D Sac $1 PCGS MS68 on EBAY
DRG
I just listed the first 2002 Sac to grade MS68 by PCGS on Ebay.
I hope I am not going to get too much trouble for this but I figured the Sac collectors would want to know.
Auction ends 7/8.
I tried to set up a link. Didn't work! The auction shouldn't be hard to find.

Congatulations! These are next to impossible in MS67 let alone in full MS68.
Tad of Supercoin will be shocked when he gets back from camping and hears about this coin.
Congratulations!
Once it sells, would you mind telling us your source?

Linked for the viewing audiences pleasure.
Smart of you to sell it asap, since in a few months, they will be going for a few dollars
in that grade when the mint improves the quality and the pop soars!

dbldie55: Why "kiss" this "collector"? Why aren't you spewing all your BS about how this coin is utterly worthless and the winning bidding (I mean "loser" bidder) will have nothing but a worthless piece of plastic. Is there some club or something between you "collectors" that only permits you to attack a dealer's coin??? You do realize you lose all credibilty on these boards by your obvious inconsistency, don't you? Wondercoin
You will not find me bidding, as it is not worth the opening bid to me. What it goes for, and what it is worth in a year, we will wait to see.
All of my opinions are mine. No one needs to share them, and I do not care if you do or do not. I will not change my views for anyone, and would not expect anyone to change theirs because of me.
Fair enough and the next time you "render an opinion" on a modern coin when the seller of a coin says nothing about its value, I will remind you of your clear position Wondercoin.

<< <i>I bumped it to 110 to help a fellow forum member......I hope I don't get stuck with it >>
Would this be considered a shill bid?? Please do not bid on coins that you have no intention of getting stuck with. I may be out of line to express an opinon like this.. but why not let the auction run and see what it fetches for collectors who are serious about owning it.
"Helping" a fellow member is for the purposes of "bumping" up the price is against eBay regulations and can get the seller and the bidder (the shill) suspended.
For the record... I have no intention of bidding on the coin but I guess it fetches about 650. With the problems with the first batch of Sacs someone might see this as a bargain.
BTW, I just bumped it up to $202.50, and this is NO shill!
I would have thought that a bid of $110 was a safe bid considering what people pay for these things (the 67's went for over $300).
Last I looked it was over $150, so I guess the point is moot.
When a collector submits coins for grading with the hope and/or expectation that something will grade high so that it can be immediately sold, is that person really "dealing" coins? Wondercoin.
It was a little humor. If I could possibly get it for 110.00, even I, who only buys classic coins, would consider myself very fortunate.

As I said in another post, glad to see there will be some nice 2002 Sacs to collect, it was looking grim for a while there.
Supercoin; Best out of 30 mint sets.
Wondercoin; I am a collector supporting my habit, and preserving history.
I put $400. This is a bid to win (or try)

Poor guy who spent a grand, in a year itll be worth $100 at most!
Thats why never buy any coins less than a few years old! Especially
not when the mint is still making em!
We'll use our hands and hearts and if we must we'll use our heads.

Something I'd guess every collector, including the modern bashers, has done.

<< <i>Actually the pop is 4. It is 28 for the P mint. >>
Wow, today it shows 11 for the D and 76 for the P, quite the weekly jump.
Ah well, glad nobody unloaded 100 coins on me when I was offering to buy MS67's for $200.
