Couple of packaging questions

I've got a couple of autographed hockey pucks that I'd like to have authenticated. I was just planning to bubble wrap each one of them separately and pack them in a box for submission. Any better suggestions for packaging them?

I've got an 17"h x 11"w Walking Dead poster signed by the artist. I tried calling CS today to ask if they would authenticate it since it is so large. Unfortunately, they have already maxed out for the day and I was told to call back the next business day. Anyone sub such a large item?

I've seen them cert larger items than 11 x 17 so you should be good...
