Are you seeing things speed up on the PSA side, submission side or both?

they just initiated it, so as of now just seeing them logged. but the rate at which they are now being logged vs "marking" the box and then getting logged is quite significant, encouraging and is probably going to eliminate a ton of anxiety for subbers and phone calls for customer service reps.
