from my experience anyway, a very rare occurrence.

Is there an E on the reverse?
ya know, i don't recall. i'd have to go back into one of my backups to find the image and see if there are others showing the date/mm. the only E clash i recall with this type of surface and grade would be the 89-o 20a i sent in that hit au58. so if that one doesn't have the mm clash, then this isn't an E, 95% sure.
i forget what color dragon this is.....
