This is one of my all time major sports pet peeves; Fox News makes it sound from the headline like Joe Buck is being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame:

I really places would not falsely call these and those in the Ford/Spink wings in the baseball HOF as "HOFers" or inductees. Though I do wonder why a few of the very greatest can't go into the REAL Hall of Fame like they do sometimes for basketball?
