1908 $2.5 gold eagle. (Raw)

Can you believe that when I purchased this gold coin it didnt have a mark on it.
By the time I got around to checking the price guide.....
Well,

For local pick up if offer is accepted the Coin is currently with me in Reno Nevada.

    In the first pic there appears to be a diagonal line through the 9 in the date.

  • There Are hairlines on it that are not visible in the pic.
    Mostly on the reverse

    I bought it from a pawn shop.
    I also got a silver bullion coin that is 135° rotated.
    And a 2000 silver eagle with awesome toning. He has more silver eagles im going to buy because they Are unc. He found buried in steel cans.
    He found them 15 years ago and is only selling them for silver melt value. All of those are from the 20's and 30's

    It looks unnaturally smooth/colored for the quarter eagle. It's also not a eagle. Also there seems to be ALOT of wear on the headdress and eagles chest.
