Newbee, need some advice

I fascinated with coins,stamps, and errors I've been enjoying this hobby for about a year and have much to learn anyhow I came across this $20 going through my change, I think its awesome but not sure what I got some help would be apprecited

    I'm not sure what you are seeing or what your question is.
    The serial number seems to have been smeared a little bit but not enough to make it worth more.

    Yes, please be sure to point out what you think the issue is when you post a picture.

    Nice ink smears in the serial numbers. I am not sure if it really has much/any value. One of those situations where I wish it has been on a one dollar bill as it would make it easier to keep.

    Over inked serial numbers are kind of cool but there is not much there to really make it much of a premium above face value.

  • I apologize for the horrible pictures heres a better one I'm referring to the crazy over ink pattern, the dots that are identical on each serial number i hear people talk about over inking and smears but I've never seen anything like this
