Has PSA ever had a special for the Larger Cases? Or is it forever if you want these graded you will always send it under the
"EXPRESS *

I have some that are 1-2 and only worth about 100.00 total after graded in this condition so not really worth getting graded. But I do like the case for the T3s vs Ultra Pro Picture cases.
Have they ever offered anything for these ever? Or are T3s forever to be Express grading?
